- Since 2007 I have now run 9 International Marathons. I understand the dedication and commitment that it takes to prepare yourself for a running event.
- Bespoke Running Package. After a full consultation, I will tailor a running programme specific to your running event. This will include your running programme, a personal training session to ensure your correct performance of your running and all the specific strengthening and conditioning exercises, nutritional advice, weekly support and monitoring and hints and tips I've learned over the years to help you cross that finish line with gusto!!
