Do I need to be fit to join?
No, not at all. Our clients range from absolute beginners to ninja levels of fit. They’re all ages, genders, shapes, and sizes. We’ll welcome you with open arms no matter where you are on your journey. You’ll see how life-changing, enjoyable, and empowering personal training can be.
Nothing has worked in the past for me; how are your methods different?
Many of our clients come to us with the same worry. Our signature 4-step system ensures we leave no stone unturned in helping you shift excess weight, improve your fitness and feel comfortable in your favourite clothes. We focus on movement, nutrition, strength, and mindset, helping hundreds of people in York achieve the lean, strong and defined bodies they never thought they could achieve.
I’m new to exercise, are your classes suitable for me?
Of course. All of our sessions work for everyone, whether you’re a newbie or, experienced, allowing you to work at your own pace. Of course, we’ll push you, but only when you’re ready.
I’m not sure how to begin.

Is there parking available?
Yes, we’ve got parking directly outside our locations and lots of parking close by, so you haven’t got to mess around with tickets, parking discs, or walking miles from another car park.
How much does your personal training cost?
We have a few packages to choose from. We’ve got a 6-week transformation challenge on both our RunningFit and Morning Warrior Programmes. The best thing to do is book a consultation, and we’ll work together to craft the right package for you.
How can I pay?
All of our clients pay in advance via bank transfer or PayPal or Stripe. We do not accept cash or cheque.
Are there showers?
Unfortunately not. Because we use community halls or train outdoors there isn’t a shower facility nearby.
Are the classes male or female only?
Our classes are a mix of both genders.
